This won't make sense, but it's on my mind.

We have childhood friends, high school friends, friends we turned 21 with, color guard friends, drum corp friends, work friends, friends by association, you get the point.

They appear and fade.

At this point in my life, I have the best group of friends I've ever known.

and they are color guard friends!!!

I have found out that these friends are the most dramatic yet reliable ones. You make them while working towards the same goal in a PASSION of both of yours. It's only natural.

BUT--those same friends sometimes are catty and you need to cut them out. Done that a couple of times too.

so far, I haven't had to cut anyone out ... thankfully!
