The other day over dinner a young man at my table made a comment about the iPad. Upon hearing the word “iPad”, another guest, a young woman aged 17, dropped her voice to a whisper and asked, “an i what“?

Here in the UK there is a shower gel called Sanex. I think it sounds more like a toilet cleaner.

Sanex Kills All Known Germs.

Sometimes it makes you wonder what these marketing people are thinking.

I swear there are days when I think I'm in the wrong end of the industry. Especially when I hear people paying $40,000 or more for corporate rebranding --- aka a new logo. :)
