Thats really cool that you are trying to be healthier! But just as a tip, really be careful about what diet you are going to use. A lot of times, eating less is not the issue so don't starve yourself!! The best way is to exercise, and then cut out foods that are high in sugar or have trans fat. Trans fat is not good at alll. So its not just "eat less" its actually "eat more, but of the right stuff!" ^O^
Hehe thats just my tip. Its track season right now, and to get ready for a race we actually build up on carbs, which a lot of people say are bad. But when you exercise, or even just go walking, its a lot better!
Sorry,, I went on a health rant... its a good thing I'm in the healthy section XDD Gambatte! ♥♥

Haaai....hmmm well the thing is in my case....I need to drink more water....and like eat more vegiies and fruit and fishy...because right now....my diet was about..meat, cookies and soda you know....
soo yeah and the exercise...sure I love to exercise honestly....but when you do it alone it gets sad :c

I'm on the last spot for healthy. That's a miracle! I really want to lose like 15 pounds!
I think the posts would be good. That way we can encourage you and you can encourage us!
