★Dieting★week 1★Part 2\2★

Heeey guys....so I'm going to start the dieting series!!!
So in this post I will be concentrating on water and green tea, and why water helps us dieting!!!!
Then on the second week I will concentrate more on exercise and foos. This will be a 9 week series, which will include around 18 to 22 posts....

ahh, I'm glad you started out the series with talking about water!! its really important that girls know about how important it is ^o^ My track coach always stresses about how hydrating is extremely essential!
I'm looking forward to your later posts also~~

Hai hai, I wanted to do food first, but then realized that doing it on water would be better because water has so many benefits!!!!!
Ahahahahahaahha I know right?? I am always stressing out myself if I don't drink at least 1L of water a day!! <3
Arigatooo the next one will be on food <3

Water...sometimes I drink a lot of it and other times I fail at it haha

Ahahahahahhaha, you should really drink a lot, it helps you in a lot of ways, you will even find a difference in your skin!!! That's how good it is <3
