Heeey guys....so I'm going to start the dieting series!!!
So in this post I will be concentrating on Exercising and the reason why YOU should exercise
Then on the next part of this week I will concentrate the exercising choices and which ones i do.
This will be a 9 week series, which will include around 18 to 22 posts....

EXERCISE
Sometimes when people think of exercising they thing of sweaty, smelly fit people running around. But I see them differently, I see them as amazing people that work hard to keep in shape.
There are loads of benefots that come with exercising on regular basis even if it's only for 10mins!
I won't name them all, but here are the ones that keep me going:
1. Keeps you fit
Who doesn't want to be fit? Who doesnt want to look great in that bikini ready for summer? I'm sure everyone does! and so do i! By exercising you can get that so wanted bpdy
2.Burns calories quicker
exercise=muscle=burning calories quicker. Did you know that you cna burn around 6 times more calories just by watching TV (without eating) if you exercise more?
3. Makes you drink more water
Like I mentiones before water its so important. I cant honestly stress how important it is.
Exercising means you sweat and if you sweat that means you'll have a dried throat so you will ahve to drink more water which will be beneficial in long and even shorter terms
4. It gives you more energy
Usually the equation that people associate excercise with is:
exercise=Tiredness=No energy
Which is wrong. Doing long term exercise can actually give you more energy, but don't forget that your body also needsto rest!
5. Makes you happy
It'l like your achieving something. And what happens if you achieve somethin? You get happy, somehow that's how it works
6. Good for skin
I'm a skin freak! so this was a must!
It helps to maximize the oxygen in your body, which leads to clearer skin.
Also your skin will most likely get tigher which makes it makes you more flexible and with smoother skin
