I am now typing in my email at work. Let's see if this posts as me as a comment. I also sent this same thing back to you, I replied to the email and changed the email address from the LJ Comment thing to your work email....

blah, i was trying to figure out if it's possible to have someone else post as you, and I did. I had replied to one of the LJ Comment notification emails and changed the LJ information to the person's email address; and then they went and typed in the comment box and it showed up on my LJ posting as something that I typed. It worked when we tried to reproduce the results; draugr posted something, I made a comment, he replied and changed the email address, and I typed in the comment box "I am a big dork!" and it looked like, in his journal, that HE typed "I am a big dork!" in response to one of my comments. Rather amusing but kind of scary how LJ allows you to do that, because then it let me see all the comments on his screened entry, so it's like it assumed that I was him and logged in as him, or something. He changed his PW and we're going to try it again later today, haha.
