*dances* Thank you interwebs. So for a while now I've been sitting at an APR of 29.990% on my credit card thanks to a few month where I paid late thanks to just not having the funds. This was compounded by the fact that for 6 months I was paying nearly $50 a month on it and making absolutely no headway

You can always get them to lower your rates if you just ask or explain what happened. =)
