dear, I don't know what happened in your life for having to go through this period.
I can tell you that a year ago I was pretty demoralized. This is because I could't find a purpose in my life. I was intrigued to take a particular road in my life ... but I knew that everyone expected me to take the road on which I was already. and I watched for a year my friends take each their own way...
I finally decided that rather than doing nothing...I prefer to do something..even though it's far from my dream U_U

so please, find something! anything! something that makes you GO OUT and stay in touch with PEOPLE even if it's something that you aren't interested at first. People can help you a lot, even people you dislike!
