My oh my. That's one hell of a whammy for an ending! *gulp*
Fantastic view into another world - the way Dean is so completely 'himself' at first, until the catatonia and then when he wakes up... so very, very different.
Would love to see some more of this verse if you're ever of a mood to write it!
