[Mission #06] Information
This post contains all the information you need to enter your icons.
Don't forget! Try to comment on everyone's entries and leave them positive feedback!
RULES
- To participate in this round, you must be listed here.
- You should have been given posting access at this point.
- Do not submit your icons here. Post all 20 icons at once into a new entry.
- Your icon post must be public. Any link that leads to a locked entry will not be approuved.
- All icons must be made specifically for this community. No prior work can be submitted. If we find that you've broken this rule, you will not be allowed to participate in the next round.
- Icons must fit the LJ standards: under 40KB, 100x100px and either in a .PNG, .GIF or .JPG file format.
- All images must be PG-13 and contain no questionable or mature content.
- Use the provided table to post your icons. Colours and fonts may be edited.
- Sign ups closes on August 21st, 2011.
- Your 20 icons are due no later than August 31st, 2011 (11:59PM in your time zone).
SUBMISSION
- Title your post using the following format:
- [Mission #06] Free For All
- Your entry should have 3 examples icons before adding the table under a cut or linking us to your journal.
- Do not tag your entry. One of the mods will take care of it for you.
20 ICONS
TEN THEMES
- OUTSIDE: Icon must feature your subject outside.
- 1-2-3: Icon must include some numbers.
- VANISH: Subject must be fading to some degree.
- ONE HALF: Subject must take half of your icon while the other half is either a solid colour, a texture, etc.
- REFLECTION: Free interpretation.
- CONTRAST: Icon must include some contrast.
- UNDERLINE: Icon must feature some lines.
- DEPARTURE: Free interpretation.
- PASTEL: Icon must be coloured into light/pale tones.
- CUT-OFF: Subject must be abruptly cut-off.
ONE CATEGORY (FIVE ICONS)
- PANORAMA: All 5 icons should be made from one image cut into 5 individual icons. Meaning that when all 5 are lined up together, from left to right, they look like they are one image.
