So, what should you do when you accidentally see your things in another person's belongings?
a. Rat her out?
b. Intentionally snoop?
c. Talk to her?
d. Be pissed?
Sadly, I don't know what to do in scenarios like that.
I hope for the best that it does not happen again.

Do it casual and polite. You don't want to come off as accusing her or being ridiculously suspicious of her. Just ask her casually, "Oh my, where did you get that? I have one just like it. Come to think of it, I haven't seen mine in awhile. Where did you get yours?".... or something along those lines. Just see what she says to that.
If she goes all, "Oh, those. I accidentally picked them up. Are they yours?" ..... then I'd advise you to just accept whatever excuse she gives you, so as long as she gives you back the items. Even if inside, you think she stole them from you but you don't really have any evidence of that so the best solution I see is to just smile, brush it off politely and gently ask for the items back... or if she just hands them back to you with a flimsy excuse for keeping them in the first place, swallow your anger, smile and accept them. If you still want her as a friend that is.

The thing I did was just take all the sentimental stuff back. (Was it wrong to take back your stuff in another person's bag?) I left my perfume though. It's fine with me if she keeps it, but all the others were sentimental in value.
When I asked about it, she told me she saw it in the storage room which was unbelievable because they where in my old room.
She said she thought we weren't using it so she kept them.

I talked with her and told her she could borrow and not take things
