And already I'm getting excited about dinner! We're having Breaded Pork Chops, first dredged in flour/salt/pepper, then egg, then seasoned bread crumbs. They'll fry in a skillet for a few minutes on each side, and finish on a rack in my roasting pan to stay crispy. Accompianing them will be home-made Potatoes Au Gratin. I made a simple cheese sauce
