Ok. The potatoes were fantastic. Easily the best au gratin potatoes I've ever made (although to be fair, I've only made them a couple times before. They were So Cheesy...) The pork chops were done to perfection, nice and moist on the inside, crispy on the outside. I sucked all the meat off the bones. The asparagus was ok. Dale and I were playing

Just wanted to say hi and let you know I added you as a friend. Now I have 2. But I am real boring...I only come on to see what my babies and grandbabies are up to. Kind of makes you feel a little bit closer than 850 miles away. How have you been. It seems like we haven't seen you in forever. Hey you can cook for me any day. Want to come to Alaska?
