Ugh. After I made coffee this morning, I climbed back into bed and had strange dreams. Dale and I were shopping for "Art." We picked a piece that was selling for $150, but if we waited a half hour, it would be up for auction, and since the place was practically empty, we could bid to get it for $10 or something like that. Food, and a frightening situation
I ran to Safeway to pick up exactly 4 things: Garlic (who runs out of garlic? Anyone?) Dishwasher soap, gallon size freezer bags, and a bottle of wine. I came out with ( Read more... ) -
I lied
I didn't jump in the shower. Shortly. But I did make myself a smoothy: Half cup plain yogurt, some frozen blueberries, some frozen mango chunks, some pineapple chunks and juice, some grape juice, and some protein powder. It's really yummy! Purple, but mango-y.
Once the smoothy is gone, THEN it's time to shower and Get Moving! I have Things To Do -
Good News!
He passed by 2 questions. Or something to that effect. But he passed! And now I'm going to take a shower. For Real. -
What did YOU do today?
What's that, you ask? What did I do today. NOTHING. Seriously. I woke up around 10:00 adjusted time (having arrived home around 4 adjusted time) and started a pot of coffee. Then I went back to bed for about 2 hours, at which point the coffee pot turned itself off. I drank some coffee, because it was still hot, and I played some Tetris. Dale made ( Read more... ) -
Update
Ok. I'm registered for classes. Psych 100, online, 5 credits. Biology 160, lecture 2xwk, lab 2xwk, 6 credits. FYE (Or something like that...new student orientation class, 2 days, 5 hours each) for 1 credit to get me to full time status, which makes me eligible for full time aid levels. Accountability
Ok. This week BCC started having "drop in" advising. Today the hours are from 9-4. Well, it's ten after nine now, and I've got to get cleaned up. Then, to the school! Well, first I'm going to see if I can rustle up my copy of my assessment testing. COLD!
I decided last week that Spring was here, that I would stop wearing my down jacket. Today, though, I've been cold since I got home, despite wearing socks, slippers, pants, t-shirt, hoodie, AND bathrobe, and having the heat up to 70 degrees. So into the shower I go. Here's hoping it helps!
