I'm debating how and where to get my copy of the book. I've done these nights of madness before and could take or leave them. This is the last book and I am dying to know how it all turns out, so I want to get it at midnight but not start it until morning. If I start reading at night I won't go to sleep and will read really really fast - both of

I think that Hogwarts will resume for the last year, and that Harry will be there at least part of the time. With the loss of Dumbledore, I suspect the order will move headquarters there as it is easily defensible.

Defense against the dark arts will be taught, possibly by the real Moody.

The locket horcrux was taken by Regulus Black, but he did not have time to destroy it before the death eaters killed him. I suspect Kreacher has it.

There will of course be some final confrontation with Harry and Cheney oops Voldemort and I suspect Ginny will sacrifice herself to save Harry.

Honestly I have no idea. Rowling is not shy about killing off the characters but I hope that the core participants will survive.

There are no such things as coincidence. As far as the victional villians go, he does look more like the penguin but with the anagram and the capacity for evil voldemort is the better selection.
