I tend to agree with reddevilpoes. Ianto will know that Jack is watching him, so there's no way he'll give him the satisfaction of turning around. I'm curious though. If Ianto leaves Torchwood, is it not protocol that Jack retcon him, or does Ianto get away without it for some reason because he resigned directly to the Queen?

Nobody knows better than Jack how good Ianto is at keeping secrets. Plus I don´t think he really believes he is gone for good.

Hmm so Ianto's on his own and Jack will ahve to do something about it - so I wonder what he'll do. Looking forward to finding out.
