After sending back the letter, Nikki pulled on a pair of flats and headed down to the Great Hall. Every time she stepped there was a suddle 'click click' sound that followed, making her smile. But the closer to the Great Hall she made it, the less she could hear the sound.

Looking up at just the right moment, Fred saw Nikki enter the Great Hall. He raised his hand in greeting, letting her know where he was.

"Hey there," he said when she sat down across from him. "How's it goin'?"

"Great!" she said, smiling. Nikki grabbed a class and poured herself some pumpkin juice.
