I'm not worried about holiday food. It's the one time of the year (an entire month!) where I get to pig out! Thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas all fall within a month of each other, and I throw caution to the wind with the food. i was just wondering what you have done to help you lose the weight.
i was thinking about going back on the south beach diet because i am in a bit of a rut.

I exercise for 80 minutes a day 5x a week (sometimes 30 min., sometimes 60min).
I just basically eat plenty of fruit, especially apples, oranges and bananas and eat a multivitamin each day.
