I completely relate to alot of what you've written, but unlike you Im still stuck in the phase of "self hate" trying to "appease everyone else" and a vicious cycle of recovery>e.d>recovery>e.d....the mind fuck is still there

I am a father of two girls. Age 7 and 3. Your story has reminded me of how important it is to pay attention to the details of being a good parent. Thank you. My wife also struggles with the same issues you have described. It is something that always deals with. She is not purging any more but still has bouts of self hate and doubt. Our two little girls are very important to us but it is easy to take things for granted in life. Please know that what you have shared is important and has had an impact in a positive way on someone you have never met.
