Spoilers: There's maybe a couple vague spoilers, but the story is definitely inspired by the 100th ep, so lets say everything is up for grabs.
Brennan does not believe in fate, god, or soul mates.
She does not believe in the connection between the emotion of love and the physical act of sex.
She does not believe in romantic love being transcendent and eternal.
She does believe in facts and evidence.
She does believe in truth, honesty and loyalty.
She does believe that if there is one thing inside everyone that she can always rely on, it is their bones.
Brennan does not know how to translate a stranger's body language into motives.
She does not know how to trust her instincts.
She does not know how to change what she knows and believes.
She does not know how to change.
She knows how to translate the marks left on bones into actions caused by motives.
She knows that it is impossible for two objects to occupy the same space.
She knows that there are two people in her life who have proven their loyalty to her time and again.
She knows that entropy means that she will change, even if she doesn't know how.
Brennan is sometimes unaware of the influences of her friends and family on herself.
She is sometimes unaware of her influence on them.
She is completely unaware that because of them, she has changed.
She is aware that Booth's feelings for her have intensified since he awoke from the coma.
She is aware of her own feelings for him.
She is aware that while those feelings exist today, there is no proof that they will remain tomorrow.
Brennan does not want to compromise herself for anything or anyone.
She does not want to get to the end of her life and find out she was wrong.
She does not want to lose anyone else important from her life.
She wants to rely on more than a person's bones.
She wants to believe that love is transcendent and eternal.
She wants to test Booth's theory of making love and attempting to defy the laws of physics.
She wants to stop manifesting the definition of insanity.
Brennan does not wonder if science will ever mislead her.
She does not wonder what her life would have been like if her parents had stayed.
She does not wonder if she could live her life without her friends.
She wonders why Booth works so hard to teach her about what he believes.
She wonders how and what he knew six years ago.
She wonders why she is the only one to think the way she does.
Brennan is not afraid of seeing, touching or smelling the most gruesome of human remains.
She is not afraid of speaking her mind, no matter what reaction it might create.
She is not afraid to put herself in danger, especially if it means protecting her friends and family.
She is afraid that one day, she will wake up and they will all be gone.
She is afraid of learning how to open her heart, only to have it crushed yet again.
She is afraid of never experiencing what her friends tell her is the best thing about living on earth.
So she decides to try.
