Its so amazing what he did and what he was willing to do to save others, but its so sad that his colleagues have shunned him.

May all the 9/11 victims and those who died "just trying to do their job" rest in peace.

We were watching a 9/11 documentary the other night and they showed this picture a lot. Talking about how much people juststayed behind to help others risking their lives. It was quie touching and kind of gave you a feeling that even if there is something tragic going on there are still wholesome people who aren't scared, true heros come out.

For the record, I'm seeing this picture for the first time.

And it's horrible that he's treated so badly just because his picture was taken, against his will at that.
