My brand new computer, just over one month old, has a bad motherboard. Saturday morning I discovered that I had no sound. Tested everything, but nothing works. The mouse and keyboard don't work half the time either. Went through four very aggrivating tech people, all concluding the same thing, but none wanting to actually do a service recall. That would drive me batty. I hate groups like that. You would think that since they sold the computer they would be more interested in seeing that it work better so that you would encourage people to by their product. But nooooo. Whatever happened to trying to gain customer loyalty?
