Thoughts on Cheese

A few months ago I found a recipe on how to make ricotta cheese. Although a great love of mine, the idea of making my own cheese had never crossed my mind. Yeah, I'm definately gonna have to make some lasagna... maybe spinich lasagna. Although I'll need to make some more cheese. It's not lasting very long. hehehe Last night I had crackers with figs, ricotta, honey, and gorgonzola. Very yummy.
Making yeast... alright, that sounds a bit much to me. Sourdough I've done though.

I will definately do so. I think it will be fun to make. I can send you the recipe if you'd like. It's called 30 minute mozzarella. In fact, I think it's posted online somewhere...
Cream cheese with fresh bread is so yummy! I love it on banana bread. Hell, I love it on anything!

No... unfortunately. Severe writers block. The ideas are swimming around my head, but it's like the channel between my head and my pen is blocked by a small stone and I can't seem to get it unplugged. It's damn annoying. Which is why I've started trying to lj again. Maybe if I just write my experiences it will help things start flowing again?

How about you? Any stories?
