i've been getting really frustrated everytime i watch the tele. dont ever really watch it but when i do and i notice all the bullshit, the fakeness, and the advertisements with in the show i get bloody pissed and i'm glad i dont spend ten hours in front of it anymore.

it's like i'm full and i need to vomit. and then i realise it's in my skin and veins. there is no way to escape the frustration. it builds up till i can almost feel it seeping through my pores.

on a marginally lighter note, i hardly ever watch tv.
