I'm thinking about starting a webcomic, though, I don't really have a concept, ideas, etc, I just think it would be fun

Not that I want one, I was just curious.

Also, if you want to do a webcomic, but don't necessarily have the inspirations for the panels flowing, I recommend forming a partnership with somebody else. Have them be the ideas person, coming up with the concept, writing out the script, and you can be the artist who puts the ideas to page. I'm PRETTY sure that's the way it works with the guys from penny-arcade.

Oh, and I wouldn't want to do a multi celled webcomic, for the most part (there are exceptions) I really hate multicelled webcomics. So that really rules outaving someone write it for me. Plus, I'm the creative one, I wouldn't want a writer. So.... there.
