Almost as bad? A 7-Eleven near our place is advertising a whopping $7/hour starting wage. Alberta's minimum wage is $8. XD

Dan has worked since he was 14 at least, but it was under-the-table at a Subway, so I'm not entirely sure on the legality of the age.

The thought of being a lifer at any one of those kinds of places is truly horrifying. Even being the head manager wouldn't be much better.
