We have the $15/month Vonage plan, no problems so far aside from that when our power went out for 2 days, we had no phone either, and when Dan is downloading massive video files, the phone gets staticky.

I have the same plan. I had problems with the connection when I first installed it, but after disconnecting everything and starting over it has been fine.
