Well, I did the deed and downloaded and installed Mozilla Firefox. Seems to have imported most things seemlessly. We shall see. It does seem a bit slow at loading pages, but I will have to see if that continues or is something else

If you have a scrollymouse - clicking the scroll wheel on a link (not scrolling it, just clicking it) will open a link in a new tab without worrying about the extra menu. :) you can do the same thing on an existing tab and it will close.
I <3 tabs. so much. and the customizable search bar in the upper right hand corner - you have google by default, but you can add Wikipedia, Dictionary.com, Amazon, IMDB... *bounce*
I've been using Mozilla for YEARS. Occasionally there are hiccups, but overall it is a more stable experience than IE ever was. If there's a site I want to use that doesn't work in Moz, I fire up IE, but then close it back down when I'm done.
Things probably seem a little slower because I'm betting your IE cache is the size of a small planet by now...
