I really don't see what is so hard about not stuffing IEDs into the dorm recycling bins.  A "The Works" bomb!  Honest to goodness.  To make things worse, if a teacher hadn't pulled the smoldering molten plastic out from the recycling bin (directly across the hall from my door, the only way out of my room except for the window four stories above the
