As the subject heading states, Tuesday is the second Monday. Tuesday gets no love, and I have to say a lot less than Monday. Its not the first day of the week, so theres no "Gotta tell the guys at work this hot weekend story" feeling, and it's not at the end of the week, the day we know as Friday.
