I attempted suicide last night (I'm still here)

I don't post here that often because I'm either causing drama, or I feel no one will care. But that happened yesterday was big enough that I have to write it down

Are you taking meds for your depression? You sound like me before I talked to the doctor about why I was feeling the way I did. He told me I was in the throes of male depression and gave me some meds that actually worked. I am a lot more up now.

I'm not on any medications for depression.

It is something that could help. Do talk to your doctor. I would hate to lose you.

Everyone loses their temper at times. Everyone has snapped at a friend. Please understand this doesn't make you a horrible person.
