I have a license to rent and sell manufactured housing in the state of Texas. Apartments are incredibly similar in nature.

Would you please send me the leases in question? I'll look them over for you and let you know what options you have from a legal standpoint. I'd be careful with pro-rating advanced rent (the May 1st), as leases usually do not allow for such. This is my main concern, which begs me to look at said lease.

If you can not scan it and send it, I have a fax number. I'm not quite sure how to contact you outside of LJ or NPF, though. >_>
