I made Blueberry muffins!

But they were gawd awful T___T

1) Dont use coconut again EVER... that was a dumb idea
2)more baking powder.. or was it baking soda..hrmm. no no..poweder *nod*
3) Dont beat the batter so much next time

I can't help you with the cooking thing, I totally suck at cooking... ask Mitchell maybe? XD

It's a shame they don't taste nice though... it looks really nice!

They taste alright, theyre just slighlty more..cruchy and chewy then muffins should normally be D:

Does Mitchel give cooking lessons? Maybe he should have his own television show, like Martha Stewart, only with slightly less embezzelment.

Practice makes perfect i s'pose, i want to try it again, but this time they will be better, bigger, faster, stronger! Super Awesome muffins! =p
