I'm sorry you have to stay so late...that really sux. I think something else could be figured out....
I sometimes run on the treadmill at the gym, but I can only do 10 mins, and I can't run outside at all, it hurts my legs too bad.
I'll ask my friend Ellen though, she just ran a freaking marathon!
