I blame Adam for it becoming cute. He's Adam regardless of whatever he'd doing to put himself through school. Although now of course Michael will be paying for that and Adam will not be sleeping on Dean and Sam's sofa anymore. Quietly though, so he doesn't have to have a 'talk' with Sam about the dangers of relationships with older men (pot, kettle etc)
