'X' wants to apply for a Govt job. 'X' needs to send photo copies of all the documents of her life so far 'attested' by a 'gazetted' officer alongwith her application. 'X' goes to a govt bank. 'X' is told that manager will attest for a very reasonable price. 'X' gets irritated, as she has already paid a hefty application fee. 'X' goes to a govt

When the friend gets that govt job and perhaps becomes a gazetted officer.. she should make sure that any random person can walk into her office at any time of the day and get an attestation of documents done for free.. and then we can all be proud :)
