Last Night

So I finally got my tattoo started last night, in my first of many 2 hour sittings. He is GORGEOUS! wasn't all that painful u exclude the parts over my spine and tail bone. Had a rather unexpected moment when she was tattooing the bear claw, seems the nerves for my leg are closer to the surface than I though, every time the needle went in my leg

Hey, congratulations :D I still need to finish the shading on mine once all the stuff with my parents and job is sorted.

Oh, and if you can get hold of some, lush's Dream Cream (with some extra bits if you've got 'em such as honey, eucalyptus, lavender and such) really really helps. A friend made some up for my second tattoo and it healed in half the time of the first, which was vaseline + savlon.

Thank god! I've only had to apply Savlon+Vaseline twice and I hate it already.....not as much as the clingfilm but almost. After reading that I promptly ran the 2 minutes to lush grabbed some :-)

I'll try and find out what else my friend put in. The above I'm certain of... Tea tree! That was another. Yes. Some other bits as well.
