Nightmare

I just had a nightmare of Edelweiss dying.  I've being sobbing my eyes out for the last hour or so, and I'm really depressed right now.

No, she won't die! if you were movie characters or romantic book characters, she would be likely to die because she is sweet (I don't know how to qualify her, "sweet" is perhaps not the right adjective). But you aren't movie characters. She will be fine, don't worry, don't cry, don't think nonsense...

Yes, she would have "will die" written with big letters on her head if she was in such movies or books. But she's in my life, and things stay suprisingly kiddie kiddie here. No deaths or major trauma around.

But the dream was based entirely on really questions and worries that I have. Some day my amazing luck will run out, and eventually someone close to me will die. And what if it is her?

If dreams are wish fulfillment, this dream fulfills a very morbid curiosity of mine: to know what it would be like if she passed away. I still would like to kick my subconscious on the head for the specifics (I'll probably post about the dream later), but I do feel a bit wiser for it all.

Still... if a mere dream ripped my emotions apart for the better part of a day...

Don't worry, hon. Have any of your other nightmares turned out to be prophetic? I somehow doubt it.

And I'll do my best to take good care of your girl for the next week. I'll keep her safe, so you don't have to worry about her while she's up here.

*huggles*

And remember, I'm always here if you need to talk.

I know when I'm having prophetic dreams or when I'm not. This one's not one of those. It's more of a pent-up-personal-worries-coming-out sort of dream. I'll probably be posting it up later, so you'll see what I mean.

And thanks for taking care of my love next week. I assume she can take care of her self, but having friends is never a bad thing. I'm sure you and *peers down* Monica will keep her in good health and spirits. Be sure she has fun.

And thank you for your offer to talk. Might not be entirely correct, seeing as you are rather busy and all, but I know what you're talking about. As it was, I talked with some friends, and it helped a lot. (Thanks to OL and Maddie, if word gets over from here.)

See the above post. Mysterychick shall be fine, better than, even. I think most of us will keep an eye out for her, because while she is doubtless fabulous on her own merits, she's also close to you, which gives her uber-awesomenss.

And *hugs and pets*. I'm here as well, should talking be necessary.

See above response.

Much gratefulness.

Oh - and how should I get in contact with you, if such I should wish? Email the answer, I suppose. (it's on the user info if you don't know it.) I would like to be in contact with you, definitely more than currently exists.
