Free Dress Friday

Friday was a Free Dress day at my school. My students usually wear uniforms - khaki pants/black-watch plaid skirts, dress shirts, and sweaters. You're so right! I loved watching the boys head into DS's school at the start of the year, all so so smart in their jackets and ties. Every single one of them looked good, I thought.

Although I have nothing against a bit of carefully considered scruffiness, either (think Aragorn...)...

Aragorn is perfect. But I don't think A* can do scruffy quite yet. He's too young for scruff.

Little boys in formal clothing are the cutest! They make tiny little kilts for kids to wear to weddings here - so adorable.

So what did you wear to Free Dress day?
