It sounds like you are having a problem saying no to people and have stretched yourself out way too thin. That's something you did in high school, so it is no wonder that it leads you to feeling the way you did then. It is hard to say no, but really you are not doing anyone favours by stretching yourself too thin and not being able to do everything that you committed yourself to. If you do not need 3 jobs, do not do 3 jobs. Your sanity is more important!
Number 2:
I'm really sorry that you are feeling so down. I've noticed it in you and wish that I could be here more to help you through this. It is horrible to end up back in a place you thought you'd outgrown and never wanted to go back to. I am sort of in a similar situation. I know that both of us are strong enough to change what is making us unhappy though, and to do what we want with our lives.
*hugs* Being down sucks. Sorry to hear about all the crap that's going on, especially about the boy you like.
I agree with the first comment, learn to say "No". I had to. And sometimes you gotta step away from something just to stay sane or even to stay healthy. That's part of the reason I haven't been to choir. It's the reason Elpis hasn't been as well.
Beyond it all, let God take on your burdens, let him be your strength. Sometimes it's all you CAN do.
Hey, I see major feelings of being overwhelmed. IT's all about finding a balance and only doing what you really CAN do and want to. Learn to say NO. Oprah said once, 'No' is a complete sentence.' It doesn't require any justification. As women, we often just want to please but end up becoming miserable ourselves and all for not-all for trying to live up to this huge bar we have set for ourselves. Do a little and do it the best you can! Don't hide behind too much to do-rid yourself of it and be free:) Lola
