I completely and absolutely agree. I love the new look and the use of the old stairs and all that was kinda more like how I would imagine it myself but it did make it less believable because they changed it. And the fat lady was different and in a different place all that just threw me. And there was hardly any ghosts and no nearly headless nick...a very good movie though.
