the new justice doesn't help in over-turning any sort of abortion law. As for backtracking thats not so much happening. What is happening is the world this country in piticular is going through a fast change in society. Until recently our enemy (the russians) were this big dragon so to speak. That beast has died and we find ourselfs in a jungle of snakes, inwhich we don't know how to respond to that. The Conservitives are taking over right now, but within the next generation things will shiftto a librial state.
