It was the day after Christmas and Bod was exhausted. Yesterday had been busy and hectic (and good) which was why Bod was taking today to sprawl on the sofa in front of the television. It wasn't something he usually did but today just seemed like a perfect day for it

Kate was probably not going to be much help with that. She flopped down next to him (and partly on him, because lazy) on the couch with a great big sigh.

She had not changed out of her pajamas at any point today.

"Oof." It was a delayed, amused sounding word and he shifted Seamus a bit so he wouldn't get smushed. "Tired?"

"Mmmmmmm."

That was probably some kind of a yes. She was busy happily smushing her cheek against his shoulder.

Bod brought his arm around her and started sliding his fingernails up and down her back.

"Did you enjoy your Christmas?" Where he'd spoiled her yet again.
