on the red line the other day, i noticed a poster for a program that teaches english to non-english speakers and specializes in toefl exam studies. it cracked me up because it said "learn english in a casual atmoshpere." a poster for a school that teaches english and they don't even spell atmosphere right on it

i just discovered who the lavalife illustrator is in my search for that particular poster. it's marcos chin. he's an amazing illustrator. i couldn't locate that particular poster, but i did come across this awesome editorial illustration that i am immensely jealous of.

apparently he also did this illustration which i saw last year as a winner of an illustration award, and was also jealous of. the image still sticks with me, actually.
