i've never had that happen, but this month i used up my monthly bandwidth allowance on my site. it's because it's a cheapy free host. i should really find myself a better one, but i'm cheap, and oh yeah, a starving artist.

It's not too difficult to host your own web site out of your house the way I do with the web hut.
