Definitely overdid it yesterday with all the driving to airport, stores, PT, and optometrist. Also at PT did some very light ab work on the ball (super modifified forearm plank on my knees) which did make one of the incision sites very unhappy. I do respect, but don't currently envy, your strength and stamina in forcing your recover and kicking the pain meds.
Saw my 2nd opinion doc yesterday on the labral tear, who added a suggestion of mine wasn't bad enough to take 6-9 mos recovery time. Mine is only painful when I lift heavy weights; I could postpone and just do annual MRI scans to make sure it doesn't get worse. Then, are MRIs really a good idea in long term health? Sigh.
