Your hip surgery scars are almost like mine, though sadly one of my little portals is still kind of dark. I'm also at about a year (but no liver surgery on top of the hip).

I have some reduced motion and have to stretch a lot, but I don't know that I got PT as detailed as yours. I don't understand why my experience is so different than yours. Still wishing you the best, but yowch.
