No job yet, but a lovely rejection e-mail from one and I'm waiting to hear about a tour I applied for - in St. Catherines, Ontario.

Endless cleaning of house, tons of snow, very cold here.

My father's doing quite well, which is a *lovely* surprise.

Jim's good - his gout is under control although he does have more questions for the doctor.

We're too fat :) and we're lazy - but, other than that, we're good :)

Pups are well. Spoiled rotten over the holidays...

Trip home was good. I mean, considering it was to get officially divorced, which, good as it is, was hard. But it was nice to see my family.

Yeah...a good reason but not fun. I know it was for the best though, now you can move forward freely.

I'm ok. Not terribly happy with the job situation and really looking for a way to change that...sigh...Christmas was happy though and there are lots of things to look forward to like two ski trips in the next couple of months : )

I just wish that I could get things better settled. Stephen is supportive and that's a blessing but I still don't like not having a "direction" it's distracting.

I know how hard it is to seem to be free floating. I feel that often. Without a ground, it's hard to climb. I am glad you have Stephen though!
