I mainlined your entire FFN archive like a mad thing on my lunch hour today, and when I realized you had an LJ, duly back-stalked like any good fan :) I can't even describe how feverishly, neurotically excited I am that I've encountered your writing, which necessitated de-lurking because goddamn.
You have such a spare and elegant style, which is rare to find and even rarer to find done well, but your writing cuts right down to the bare bones and still remains wildly evocative in all the best ways ("moonlight on his clothes like prisoner stripes," "apathetic filth between the cobblestones"). And I love how you tackle underused pairings or scenarios--or here, underused characters. You've written them without making them a caricature of Gokudera and Yamamoto, and that's wonderful!
Right, so...very sorry for the stalkerism, but I wanted to let you know how much I admire and enjoy your stories. (...My favorites were "Charmer" and "I'd Rather Hear Silence." They make me want to write Mukuro/Gokudera. I didn't even conceptualize Mukuro/

This is the nicest comment ever, really. Thank you so much, it's lovely of you to say any tiny part of what you posted. <33 I'm really glad you like my writing; I seen the fic you posted on the MukuHiba comm, and it was completely brilliant.
I'm happy you liked the Mukuro/Gokudera ones too, because they were so fluffy it's ridiculous. Thanks again, and I wouldn't mind being added at all. <3 I'd love to read more of your fics anyway.
Wow, thank you. I didn't think anyone had read it, this is a really new fandom and I know like, two people in it, so.
Who doesn't secretly or blatantly love ridiculous fluff? :D (I was pretty partial to Hibari and vintage video games too, to be honest...) After reading "Charmer," I went on a fruitless hunt, and I'm disturbed at the lack of Mukuro/Gokudera fics that exist! It has so much potential, since I think they're the only two that have grown up in Mafia families (and Gokudera is such a girl with him...) A sad situation. Maybe I'll write some, now that I've been inspired? :)
Writing Hibari playing Resident Evil 5 made the game so much more fun. There's a really amazing Mukuro/Gokudera fic here. It isn't the least bit fluffy, but that means Mukuro still maintains badassery all the way through. You really should, those poor boys deserve more. D:
