I'm starting to get freaked out that I'm going to end up fall behind even though I'm still a day or so ahead. O-O *Starts writing like a maniac*

This one is for resphoina, who appears to have invented a whole new genre just for Ladd and Lua. Sadistic romantic comedy. Golden.

They totally deserve their own genre, these two.

Interesting take on Ladd and Lua's relationship, and one that makes so much sense, at that! I find how their relationship was depicted in the show somewhat... contradictory? illogical?, but that's probably due to lack of backstory and how unfathomable the inner workings of Ladd's mind is, in general. I wasn't quite convinced that Ladd really wanted to kill Lua, myself, despite his claims. :/ Unless they both believed that Ladd can kill off every single person in the world, then... UH.

The Ladd "rescuing" Lua scene. just. really made the pairing for me (oh, Clare, you and your and little mindgames! orz). I'd really like to believe that when Ladd jumped off that train, his desire to save Lua was much stronger than his desire to kill her with his own hands (Or it could be that his love and desire to kill are so warped it's impossible to distinguish one from the other?). If the former is true, then that proves that Ladd, cold-blooded murderer and all, is actually capable of caring for at ( ... )

I'm not sure if you saw it or not, but I wrote a Ladd/Lua fanfic before NaNoWriMo started, which you can find here. While your request turned out focusing (much) more on Ladd, this one builds on Lua. I still want to revise it a bit, but it's still slightly better quality than these NaNoWriMo fics. XD (Oh, man, there's a lot in quite a few requests that I need to edit badly. XD)

I have the same opinion as you on them and their relationship, and I definitely want to watch or read more about them. I'm starting to feel tempted to pay someone to translate the novels. XD But, no, I have to continue saving up for a down payment on a house... OTLHaha, I was a little concerned that a fake gun would be cliche, but I went with it because I couldn't think of any other sadistic proposal methods. XD I guess I didn't have to worry after all. Now that I think of it, I can't even remember where I know the good ol' message-in-a-gun gimmick from. It's either from an old movie or one of the many cartoons I watched as a child. Probably both, since ( ... )

I've been keeping a bookmark on this story to actually review it...and yet I still forgot.

I adore Ladd and Lua. Sadly...I kinda want to cosplay both of them, but I'm not nearly big or manl enough for Ladd.
I love his marraige proposal.

Anyway, back to reviewing all these...
